Hello Hayfield Athletic Boosters

Just a few updates to share with you. If you are no longer interested in receiving emails from the Hayfield Athletic Booster Club,

you should know that this week will be the last time we will use the current email list. After that, we will begin to create a new

distribution list for this year from the new membership forms we receive.

MEMBERSHIP FORMS ARE ONLINE

The membership form/season pass order form has been posted on the Booster Club website and will be sent home in the

beginning of the year packet next week. You can print the form here and return it to the Booster Club PO Box or to the

Booster Club mailbox in the Activities Office:

Order your season passes soon - the first games are right around the corner! Membership questions should be directed

ALUMNI WALK

Construction of the Alumni Walk began on August 11. Pictures have been posted to the Booster website:

VOLUNTEERS

We have had some wonderful new volunteers step forward recently, and we are very grateful for them! But we can always

use more help. If you'd like to pitch in, in a big way or small, contact Cindy Harlow: cindy@theharlows.com. She will put

your name on our email list for when we need help.

NEXT MEETING

The next Athletic Booster Club meeting will be held on Monday, September 14, at 7 p.m. in the Career Center. All are

welcome to attend.

SPIRIT WEAR

Hello,

I am the Spiritwear Chair for the Hayfield Athletic Booster Club. We have some great new items available for purchase this

year. Attached is a price list for apparel and spirit items. Items will be sold at Locker Night, Back to School Night and all

home football games. You can also contact me to purchase items.

We are looking for volunteers to help with sales. If you can help out on any of the dates listed below, please email me

and I will sign you up!
