Hawks clipped by West Potomac, 45-42!

Disappointing loss ousts team from Regional tournament.  Hayfield cannot overcome inconsistency at the free throw line (9-17), injury and illness to their 6th and 7th man and a hustling West Potomac squad. Aaquil Atkins led all scorers with 19 points. Congratulations to the Wolverines and to our Hawks for a good season. Hayfield fans have a lot to look forward to as the team returns four starters and a wealth of experience next season.
